However, he understands that his treatment is futile unless a new medicine is made out of Aweto, FireSpiritFang and SaviorPill. Since he gets held up at work, he will appreciate you bringing him those items and give a meteor as a token of thankfulness. |

PartI-Step1:
Find Doctor Holt in the desert, and he will tell you the story and ask you for help (You may skip over this step, and go directly for Aweto and FireSpiritFang). |

PartI-Step2:
Go to the forest and kill FireSpirit to get its Fangs. Go to the canyon; kill Macaque to get the awetos (I recommend you get as more Fangs and Awetos as possible). |

PartI-Step3:
Go to slay StoneBandits outside Desert City for BrokenSword. |

PartI-Step4:
After you get the sword, RockBandit will give you a guarantee. |

PartI-Step5:
