The Alchemist's Ingredients

The Alchemist of Phoenix Castle is a powerful man, employed to create siege weapons for destroying walls during wartime. Right now, he is preparing a large stockpile of explosive weapons, and will give away gifts to those who bring him the ingredients he needs.

Prerequisites: Above level 16 (recommended 25-30)
NPCs: Alchemist (Phoenix Castle 179,225).
Rewards: The alchemist only rewards hard work, and his rewards vary according to what you bring him.
Special: You need to go mining to gather the ore needed in this quest.

i: Armed with a pickaxe (available form the Twin City shopkeeper), you must first enter a mine.
ii: Dig in the mines for ore, until you have accumulated several lumps of high quality gold ore. Then take these to the alchemist.
iii. The alchemist will give you a reward based on your performance:
