Walkthrough
1. Find your trainer in Job Center after you receive a Trainer`s Letter.

2. Officer Su will tell you something about Twin City.

3. Find Arsenal Guard to know the rewards and get an Ultra Badge.

4. You can swap it for a reward from your trainer (the one who can promote you) in Job Center.
