Ok this is a quick (detailed) way to level every ten levels.

1-10: Take your weapon and go kill pheasants.  Pick up everything you see even if its not for you level.  Stay at pheasants, there's no need to go to other monsters for now.

10-20: Now you can move to stronger monsters.  If you are a Tao or archer i suggest the robins or those monsters in the sand region of twin city.  Do not buy equips! There is no need for a necky or rings at this low of level.

20-25/30: Ok time for the training ground.  Go in there for maybe 5 levels but you could all the way to 30.

30-40: Ok money is now important. I suggest going to kill bandits or other monsters you find good enough.  Focus on getting money until maybe level 45 or maybe even 50

40-50: Ok now you have money and you're kinda strong...now you need good items. I suggest going to the market and do some trading. Sell things for a reasonable price and buy things for cheap. Do this until you are satisfied with your equips. (Everything should ATLEAST be unique) (And some plus ones)

50-60: Ok now go train more and yes pick everything up.  if its not for your class then you may think you don't need it but a little will add up to a lot. Ok level until maybe 70 or 75.

70-80: Ok I suggest using this time to up your weapon proficiencies. Go into the training ground until all your levels are maybe 9 or 10. (Or as high as they can currently go)

80-90: Go and join a high level team.  (Do the quests where you kill 300 monsters. do it all 3 times) ok get into that team and kill kill kill. Until 90

90-100:  Congrats your almost there.  Money starting to become an issue? Go to market and become a trader once again. Its easy, buy things cheap sell for more. (It will take a while!! sometimes a few days!!)

100-110: WOO you made it to 100! You're still not reborn though.  Now that you have nice equips (ATLEAST everything elite and ATLEAST +2/3 and definitely some sockets) and now your strong too. This is the time to do quests. Stay with the 300 monster quest but do some others where you can get special items or rewards

110-120: Ok now you're getting there. Go and kill everything you see.  I suggest doing it alone. (I find I level faster) probably mystic castle.

120-130:  You can reborn now. Listen...go and item hunt for mets and db's.. You need as many as possible for after you reborn. (It's just good to have them).............ok well now its time to reborn.  Go and do the reborn quest and have fun having your own guard. Remember!! Don't rely on the training ground to much.  I know people that stick there characters in and don't play!! it is not right!! Ok have fun :D
