I found trying to vid and post a real pain, so I created this guide to help make it easier for people to report the cheaters.

Know the rules

First go to Video and Screenshot Reporting and read the thread at the bottom Please read before reporting your Video/Screenshot. http://bbs.co.91.com/announcement.php?f=258 Add this thread to your web browser for quick reference.

Setting Up fraps

Next we need a video capture program. I prefer using fraps as it seems to use less resources as other programs. http://www.fraps.com/download.php Install fraps and run it. On the General tab make sure just the "fraps window always on top" is checked. On the Movies tab change the fps to 25 and uncheck the "Record Sound". Change the "Video Capture Hotkey" to another key, I use the Home key.
Your set to capture that cheater, go create some videos for practice first to make sure all is working and you can meet the minimum requires for frame rates and pings. Windows Media player works to view the files.

Keeping a record of the cheaters

Create a text file on your desktop and call it cheaters. Now whenever you video a cheater you shift click on them to get their name and then copy paste the name to the text file. You will also use this text file to keep a record of the video Location posted on the internet.

Compressing the Video

That video you just created will be too large to upload and you will have to compress it. Next you need to download VirtualDub at http://www.virtualdub.org/download Unzip the folder into your c: and make a shortcut to C:VirtualDub-1.9.0VirtualDub.exe. Now run the program and use File>Open Video file>"browse to your video". Next click on the video menu and select "compression..." and select a video codex to use. I use the "Microsoft Windows Media Video 9" and get a small file size. Next click the file menu and select "Save as AVI...". Rename the file to a smaller name like "NameSpeedhacker.AVI" and select save. Let it finish working and then you should view the new file to confirm it works.

Web Site to Post Video too

I found GamersTube to be the easiest site to upload to. http://www.gamerstube.com/ Go to the site and create an account. Follow the instructions on uploading the video and then you have to wait for the site to convert your file for viewing. Copy and paste the link they give you to the text file containing the cheaters name. Confirm the video works on the site and then post the information on the forum.

Posting the information on the forum

Go the forum and browse to the Video and Screenshot Reporting http://bbs.co.91.com/forumdisplay.php?f=258 browse to the server group you are in and then click on the New Thread button. Paste in the following lines and fill them out.

What Kind of bot/cheat you're reporting:
Botter/Cheaters Name:
Link to Video:
Date and Time:

Use the information from the text file to copy in the name and location of the video.
